We offer personalized service and more than 600 different frames in a range of prices and styles in each of our three locations. Working with a knowledgeable optician allows us to advise you on the frames that will work best with your prescription and lifestyle to help you achieve clear, comfortable and stylish vision.
Trying frames on in person allows you to avoid glasses that might be too narrow to accommodate multiple vision fields in multifocal lenses, or too large that don't fit your face properly. Additionally, our opticians take accurate measurements based on the frame that you have selected for the best performance of your eyewear. We want to see how the frame fits you as an individual to measure where the optical center of the lens should be placed.
Progressive lenses that provide distance and near vision are no longer one size fits all. Instead, an optician can di discuss different ways to customize your progressive lenses. Some people prefer glasses with a larger area of the lens devoted for computer or reading. Some people spend more time outdoors and want to prioritize the area of the lens devoted to distance vision. Additionally, many patients find that they are served best with multiple pairs of glasses for different activities, for example one set for working on the computer indoors, and a different set for driving.

Custom-Made Glasses: Know Our Return and Exchange Policy
Our prescription glasses are crafted with individualized care and precision to ensure the highest quality and fit for each customer. Because our eyeglasses are custom-made, we cannot provide refunds once production has begun. We do want you thrilled with the comfort, vision, and style of your new eyewear.
Order Adjustments
If you wish to add or remove features from your order, please let us know before the order is placed with the lab. We will be happy to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot provide refunds if you decide to downgrade your lens style or remove features after production has begun.
There are some rare circumstances where we offer reframing when the product inhibits the patient's ability to use within 30 days of dispensing - this will be at the Optician's discretion. Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be the customer’s responsibility. We cannot offer refunds if the replacement product is less expensive than the original product.
Prescription Accuracy
It is essential to ensure the accuracy of your prescription before placing an order. We rely on the prescription provided by your licensed eye care professional. If you experience a change in your prescription within 90 days of your purchase, we offer a one-time exchange for lenses with the updated prescription. The following conditions apply:
The new prescription must be provided by a licensed eye care professional.
Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be the customer’s responsibility. We cannot offer refunds if the replacement product is less expensive than the original product.
Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event that you receive eyeglasses with manufacturing defects, we will gladly repair or replace them at no additional cost to you. Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to:
Lens defects in manufacturing.
Frame defects (e.g., loose screws, missing emblems).
Coating defects (e.g., anti-reflective coating issues).
