We are looking for someone who knows the latest eyewear fashions, lens treatments, and technology. How rewarding it is to sit with someone to better understand their world, and how they use their eyes and then recommend the best products to allow them to see their best. You must be dedicated to high standards and quality care with exemplary customer service skills. You must enjoy interacting with people.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
assisting patients with frame and lens selection
measuring, fitting, and adapting lenses and frames for patients according to optical Rx
preparing job orders for the lab, dispensing eyewear
teaching contact lens insertion and removal class
helping patients understand their vision insurance, setting up appointments, etc.

We want to WOW every patient that comes through our doors and we want every patient to leave feeling their needs have been met. We have three locations, North Bend, Snoqualmie, and Sammamish and among the three locations we are open Monday through Saturday.
A positive teamwork attitude, willingness to learn, professionalism, customer service, and people skills are each important to excel in this position. Additionally, computer, internet, and typing skills are required. If that sounds like you, we look forward to meeting you!
Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):
Performing Chief complaint
Reviewing/updating Patient's Medical History, Blood Pressure
Tonometry (eye pressure)
Autorefraction, OCT, visual fields, Corneal Topography, Surgical Testing, Lensometry
A variety of contact lens tasks and many other tests/services.
Eyecare or medical office experience is very helpful, but not an absolute requirement as we will train the right person with a strong interest in learning. Our technicians may work in any of our three offices. Gathering insurance, obtaining coverage information and prior auths,
Answering phones, directing patients to the correct department
Collecting payments, posting charges, communicating monetary directions to patients
Documenting medical information in our practice management and EHR systems
